I tried to change the shipping amount from $7.50 to $11, but it won't let me?

I'm shooting for the 7th I need a week to get all the pre orders in order and figure out the extra sizes/colors I'm going to order so I will be sending everything to the printer on July 30th.

It's hard to say man I would love to be able to offer custom ordering options but I have to order 12 per design but then again red on black is pretty sharp so I may be able to make that happen
