Suspension Setup Information

Postby MazdaDropped on Thu Mar 11, 2010 1:24 pm

OK so i have ordered almost all the parts i need(i think)
I Have or soon will have the following :

Switch box
Compressors(2)
Tanks (2)
Fitting
Valves(8)
Airlines
Air gauges
Bags
Bag Brackets
Dump&Fill Control (1 of each)
4 link(superlift??)
shocks

am i missing anything ??i know i dont need a check valve, i read that if i have 8 valves(1 position each) i would need 4 dump and 4 fill controls
also is a do i need a watertrap (if so do i need a drain port to)
what about a oil trap(inline oiler) BTW: i got 2 480c Viair compressors

You should have a water trap after the compressors. You don't need an inline oiler. You should have a check valve, but I believe that the leader hoses on the compressors have one built in. And you will need one fill control for each valve.

AND DUMP CONTROLS FOR EACH VALVE
Out of all the things I miss, I miss my mind the most.

naa i dont have any on my setup and never had any prob's.... i dont have any controls ether you dont NEED them but it is better if you want it to be ( just right ) i just learned how to hit the switches litely and set it down softly, and i like the up being really fast...never know when there may be a dead dog in the road you got to get over in a hurry
