Got the truck on its new shoes

Postby MN_B2200 on Wed Mar 10, 2010 6:14 pm

its been really nice out lately so I decided to get the B out and get it ready to drive. It started right up after sitting since october/november, so that made me happy. Got the titans mounted on some toyo proxes and threw them on. The rear axle bangs the frame pretty bad with just a little bit of weight in the back. I will be giving it a little c-notch soon.

on to the pics

thanks guys! yeah I really like how its coming out, and knowing it only cost me $600 makes it sweet too. That and pretty much a rust free MN body. needs a tune up but after that I cant wait to start getn some good mpgs getn to work. The Ranger has a 302 in it so it hasnt been very good to me on gas.

the Rangers V8 is injected, its from a 99 explorer. Almost a drop in swap, just needs a few power adders. got headers on the way, rollers, cam etc.

The titans on 225-40-18's are pretty damn close to being able to tuck. they will in the front with camber, the back would only get to the rim I think. you could pull the bedsides a little and make it work maybe. The headlights were opened then taped off and sprayed them put back together again with silicone. It is a pretty common mod for the newer ranger guys.
