Okay, so I did a full test today up to 200psi and after that i emptied the water trap into a pop can and it fill up the pop can about 3/8s of the way with a frothy oil water mix.
So my next question is why is the oil out and how do i stop it because yorks are supposed to be self contain oil.

well since the compressor was sitting for so long in the wrecker i am guessing it could of all leaked into where the air leaves the compressor or something internal could be leaking. I would flush out all the old contaminated oil which may have actualy contained water as well and refill it with some fresh oil and see if your still having issues.

we did that, and still the same thing. so im leaning more towards maybe bad rings? idk cause it still pumps like a champ. Do it matter how the compressor is mounted like its not supposed to be passed a certain angle? idk im running outta ideas.

check out page 1

is it possible to check the level of the compressor with a sort of distick to ensure the rings are leaking
